O R D E R
Perused the petition. Interacted with the petitioners, the
Advocate representing the petitioners and Mr. Harinadan, Scrutiny
Officer of ICSW.
2. Perusal of petition reveals that the documents required by
Adoption Regulation 2017 are filed. The documents are in order.
Considering the circumstances revealing from the documents, the
adoption can very well be allowed, since the child is apparently very
well attached to the adoptive parents. The financial, physical and
mental capacity of parents is sound enough to adopt the child. The
reasons for adoption are also acceptable in view of the documents
placed on record. Therefore, I pass following order :
ORDER
1. The Misc. Adoption Petition No. 178/2019 is
allowed.
2. The adoptive parents shall invest an amount of
Rs.1,00,000/ in the name of the child being
adoptive within two weeks from today and report
the compliance.
3. Issue adoption order in prescribed formate
immediately.
