11. It is correct that in para no.1 of my evidence affidavit there is
over writing about dates and amount (in para no.1 Rs.3,00,000/- is
strike out by pen Rs.5,00,000/- in figure and words is mentioned.
Date 20.07.2017 is strike out and by pen numeric date 14.06.2017 is
mentioned).
12. It is correct that in para no.4 line no.5 after Rs. nothing is
mentioned. It is not correct that I have filed a false cash book, ledger,
Promissory note in court. It is not true that I do not have valid money
lending license. It is not true I have not sent any demand notice on
08.05.2018. It is not true I have filed false documents on record. It is
not true that defendant has not signed any Form No.8. It is not true
that Form No.10 which I have filed is false. It is not true defendant
has not signed on Form No.10 and it is a forged documents. It is not
true defendant never executed Promissory note in my favour.
13. It is not true I am deposing false stand defendant borrowed
Rs.5,00,000/- from me. It is not true on the basis of all forged
documents I have filed this false case. It is not true deposing false
that on 14.06.2017 I had given Rs.5,00,000/- to defendant. It is not
true I am deposing false.
