Plaintiff no. 02 and adv for plaintiff submitted that
plaintiff wants to withdraw the suit unconditionally.
Plaintiffs are master of their case. Hence, application
Exh-07 is allowed and plaintiffs are permitted to
withdraw the suit unconditionally.
Plaintiff no. 02 and Adv for plaintiffs submitted to
disposed off suit as withdrawn unconditionally. Hence,
suit is dispose off as withdrawn an unconditionally. As
the suit is disposed off, Notice of Motion no.3622/16 and
Chamber Summons no. 1246/19 do not survive. Hence,

1246/19 are disposed off.
