ORDER
1. Plaintiff taken out this chamber summons for substitute service on
defendant Nos. 1 t 3 through paper publication.
2. Perused the contents in the motion. Writ of summons was issued to the
defendant No.1 to 3 returned with the remark ‘Left, not known’ and
‘incomplete address’, therefore, to secure the presence of defendant nos. 1 to
3 Writ of Summons is required to be served on defendants through Paper
Publication, hence, plaintiff prays that Chamber Summons be made absolute.
3. Defendant No.1 being the resident of Navi Mumbai, defendant no. 2
being the resident of New Panvel and defendant no.3 being the resident of
Uran, Tal. Uran, Dist. Raigad, therefore, plaintiff bank is allowed to publish

the writ of summons in the name of defendant No.1 to 3 in the Local
Newspaper of English and Marathi having circulation within the area of the
residence of defendant. Hence, I pass the following order

clause.
