ORDER
1) By the present 'Draft' Chamber Summons, plaintiff Bank of
India intends to substitute the witness, due to transfer of the earlier
witness PW-1 Meenakshi Kundra who was the Senior Manager of the
Branch. Instead of Meenakshi Kundra Bank intends to examine Ms.
Visalakshi W/o Ravi Kumar as witness of the Bank.

2) Chamber Summons is supported by an affidavit of Visalakshi
W/o Ravi Kumar at Exhibit-22.
3) Visalakshi W/o Ravi Kumar is present in to the Court. She
filed 'affidavit of evidence' has been also simultaneously verified by the
Court.
4) Defendant is absent. Hence, this being formal Chamber
Summons to substitute the witness of the Bank. Hence, I am inclined to
allow Draft Chamber Summons.
5) Thus, I proceed to pass following order___
ORDER
1. Draft Chamber Summons No.------of 2025 is allowed
2. Necessary amendment be made within 14 days from the date of
passing of order.
. Registry shall register draft Chamber Summons for Statical
purpose.
. Visalakshi W/o Ravi Kumar is permitted to adduce her evidence who
is Senior Branch Manager of the Bank of India Mandvi Branch,
Mumbai.
. Draft Chamber Summons is disposed off accordingly.
