withdrawal of suit and to pass compromise
decree in its terms. The suit is be withdrawn as
against defendant No.2. Plaintiff and defendant
No.1 admitted entire contents of the pursis at
Exh.06 so also their respective signs on it.
Alongwith pursis the resolution of defendant
No.1 society authorizing its chairman Mr.
Vaniambadi Sundereshan is also filed. Suit stands
disposed off in terms of the pursis at Exh.6 as it is
amicably settled in between plaintiff and
defendant No.1. Compromise decree be drawn in
terms of the pursis at Exh.06, which shall for part
of the decree. No order as to costs. Court fees as
per Rules be refunded to plaintiff. Notice of
Motion No.2552/2019 accordingly also stands
disposed off.
