He has also filed an application for unconditional withdrawal of suit.

Contents in the application are read over to the CA of the plaintiff in
the presence of his advocate. CA of the plaintiff has admitted the
contents in the application and specifically and voluntarily submitted
that he is withdrawing the suit unconditionally. Moreover, apart from
identification by the Ld. Advocate for the plaintiff, identity of the CA of
the plaintiff has been verified on the basis of his Aadhar Card (verified
from the original). This court is fully satisfied that the plaintiff through
his CA is voluntarily withdrawing the suit unconditionally. Hence,
application for unconditional withdrawal of suit is allowed.
ORDER
1. In view of the application Exh. 8 and order passed on it, suit stands
disposed of for want of prosecution as withdrawn.
2. In view of withdrawal of the suit the ld. Adv. for the plaintiff has not
pressed the Ch/s No.617/23. Hence, Ch/s No. 617/23 stands diposed of
for want of prosecution as not pressed.
3. L. C. Suit No. 1940 of 2019 and Ch/s No. 617/23 stands disposed of
accordingly.
