       Plaintiff has taken out this chamber summons for impleading Senior Inspector of Police, Mulund Police Station, Mulund West as defendant No.1. As per contention of the plaintiff the objection was raised by defendant No.1 that, concerned Police Station is not added as a party to the present suit which is necessary and therefore plaintiff has taken this notice of motion.
     Defendant No.1 has endorsed reply on chamber summomns itself. It appears that, plaintiff has not added the concerned Police Station as a party to the suit where the missing complaint was lodged. In order to decide the contrvorcy finally and effectively, the proposed defendant needs to be added to the present suit. Because of amendment no prejudice would be caused to the other side.
