O R D E R
1 Plaintiff has filed this application to continue the ad
interim injunction for 8 weeks.
2 According to plaintiff, on 18/7/2018 the notice of motion
is dismissed. Plaintiff want to prefer an appeal in Hon'ble High Court.
Hence, prayed to continue the earlier order.
3 Defendant resisted the application on the ground that the
reasoned order is passed by the Court. Hence prayed to reject the
application.
4 Heard both the sides.
5 Plaintiff had filed the notice of motion for temporary
injunction. On 18/7/2018, the notice of motion is dismissed. Here in
the present suit defendant corporation had filed reply and with the
consent of both the parties notice of motion was heard finally. In the
mean time defendant/corporation was directed not to take any coersive

action. Plaintiff being aggrieved by the order of this court wanted to
prefer an appeal in the High Court. Hence, in view of this
circumstances, I pass the following order.
ORDER
1 Earlier order to continue for 3 weeks from the date
of order of the notice of motion.
