Perused the Chamber Summons which is supported by an affidavit being executed by Manager of the Bank Shri A.V. Subbarao. Along with Chamber Summons the copy of gazette notification is annexed dtd. 22.02.2017 that the present plaintiff bank is amalgamated with State Bank of India. There is no objection from the defendant no. 2 for allowing the proposed amendment. Even otherwise the said amendment is necessary for continuing the suit and is not going to caused any prejudice to the defendant. Therefore, I pass the following order-
                                       ORDER
Chamber Summons No. 1234/19 is allowed in made absolute in terms  of prayer clause (a). The plaintiff to carry out amendment with in one month and shall supply the copy of the amended plaint upon the defendant within one month thereafter.
