Order
1. Notice of Motion No. 2507 of 2019 is allowed.
2.Order dated 16.02.2019 in Suit No.4375 of 2009 is set aside and suit is restored to the files subject to costs of Rs. 5,000/- (Rs. Five Thousand Only) to be deposited by the plaintiff with DLSA, Mumbai.
