ORDER
1. This chamber summons is taken out on behalf of the plaintiffs for
taking legal heirs of deceased plaintiff no.21.
2. Heard the learned counsel on behalf of the plaintiffs. Read the
chamber summons, death certificate of the plaintiff no.21 namely
Prasad Laxman Patil and affidavit of applicant Vijaya Abhang. Perused
record.

3. The death certificate reflects that deceased plaintiff no.21 Prasad
Laxman Patil is died on 18/09/2017. The applicant is the legal heir of
deceased plaintiff no.21. If this chamber summons is to be allowed,
then it will not cause any hardship to the other side. Therefore, I
inclined to allow this chamber summons. Hence, I proceed to pass
following order.
ORDER
1. Chamber Summons No.1225/2019 is hereby allowed as prayed for.
2. The plaintiffs and their advocate are hereby directed to carry out
proposed amendment within stipulated period from the date of this
order.
3. Chamber Summons No.1227/2019 is disposed off accordingly.
