ORDER PASSED BELOW CHAMBER SUMMONS NO.649 OF 2017
Perused chamber summons, affidavit in support of it and reply of
defendant. Heard respective counsel for parties.
Present chamber summons neither bear signature of plaintiffs nor
their advocate. On this technical ground, chamber summons stand
dismissed. However, liberty is granted to plaintiffs to take out fresh
chamber summons. Accordingly, chamber summons No.649/17 is
disposed off.

Perused chamber summons, affidavit in support of it and reply of
defendant. Heard respective counsel for parties.
Present chamber summons is taken out by plaintiffs seeking leave
to amend Chamber summons No.649 of 2017. It is to be noted that I
have already dismissed camber summons No.649 of 2017 so question
of granting leave to amend said chamber summons doses not survive.
Therefore, chamber summons No.1221 of 2019 stands dismissed as
become infructuous. Accordingly, it is disposed off. Liberty is already
granted to plaintiffs to take out fresh chamber summons which will be
decided on its own merits on being filed by the plaintiffs.
