The dispute between the parties is referred for
determination to the Lok Adalat. The parties have compromised /
settled the dispute as per Appendix I.
1. Summary Suit.1208 of 2017, M/s. S. G. Gold Vs M/s.
Arihant Jewellers and Ors. is disposed off in terms of
terms (Exh.08).
2. Pending Notice of Motion / applications, if any, shall
stand disposed off.
3. Parties shall bear their own costs.
Court fees, be refunded, if any, to the plaintiffs, as per rules.
