From the perusal of the roznamas it would reveal that the plaintiff is not prosecuting the suit diligently against the defendants. The NM No. 2746/19 is dismissed in default on 18-02-2022. The plaintiff has not filed service affidavit with regard to service of suit summons on the defendants. The plaintiffs counsel namely Adv. Smt. Anita Vasani on 30-04-2022 informed the court that she intends to withdraw the appearance/vakalatnama for the plaintiff since she has no instructions from the plaintiff.
