3. Heard learned Advocate for the plaintiff at length. At this stage, I
do not find any extreme necessity to grant the exparte adinterim
relief as prayed by plaintiff. Therefore, the prayer made by the plaintiff
for granting adinterim relief is hereby refused. Hence, I pass the
following order.
