ORAL ORDER
The plaintiffs have taken out instant Chamber Summons to add
subsequent events and prayer in respect thereof. The defendants have
taken objection to the said Chamber Summons. By way of this
amendment, the plaintiffs want to bring on record averments regarding
demolition of the suit premises on 10/9/2014 and the prayer of
damages and compensation of Rs.5 lac for reconstruction of suit
premises. Therefore, the proposed amendment does not change nature
of the suit and it is necessary for adjudicating controversy between the

parties. Hence, following order.
ORDER
1. Chamber Summons is allowed and made absolute in terms of
prayer clause (a) subject to cost of Rs.500/ payable to District Legal
Services Authorities, Mumbai on or before next date.
2. Considering that the matter is of the year 2012 the plaintiffs shall
carry out amendment accordingly within 14 days from today.
