ORDER -
It appears that plaintiff wants to amend the plaint as per schedule attached with the Chamber Summons. It appears that as per the purpose amendment the plaintiff just want to change the name of plaintiff bank. Considering the nature of the purposed amendment, if it is allowed to bring on record, no prejudice would cause the defendant nor the nature of the suit would be changed. Thus, considering the nature of purposed amendment, the interest of justice requires to allow the plaintiff to carryout the same. In the result Chamber Summons no.903/18 is allowed.
