ORDER
Notice of Motion 2470/19 is hereby allowed subject to costs in the following terms-
1. Orders passed by this court dated 08.03.2019 and 11.06.2019 in suit no. 1939/2015 shall stand recalled/set aside subject to plaintiff paying cost of Rs. 3,000/- each to defendant no. 1 and 2 as a condition precedent.
2. If the plaintiff pays the cost amount on or before next date, the orders dated 08.03.2019 and 11.06.2019 shall stands recall/ set side and evidence affidavit which is kept ready by the plaintiff shall be taken on record along with list of documents and the defendant no. 1 and 2 shall be permitted to cross-examine the plaintiff.
