2021 is disposed of as unconditionally withdrawn. The
plaintiff is at liberty to withdraw the amount of
Rs.7,00,000/- deposited by defendant and defendant is at
liberty to withdraw whatever amount is accrued on the said
amount towards interest. No order as to costs. Court fee be
refunded as per rules. R and P be sent to Record
Department.
