This is a Chamber Summons is taken out by the plaintiff for
amendment in plaint. The defendant has filed his reply to the same.
2. Perused the Chamber Summons. Heard both the advocates for
the plaintiff at the length.
3. The plaintiff want to carry out correction in respect of the name
of the defendant and his status as proprietor in the suit by way of
amendment.
4. If the nature of amendment is looked into it is in respect of
correction of typographical error and name of the defendant in the
plaint . The proposed amendment will not change the nature of the suit

in any way.
4. In these background, in this background this Chamber Summons
is deserves to be allowed by permitting plaintiff to carry proposed
amendment as prayed. Hence, the order. :
ORDER

2. The plaintiff to carry necessary amendment as per the
schedule with in 14 days from the date of the order.
3. The Chamber Summons No. 406 of 2020 is disposed off.
