L O K – A D A L A T A W A R D
The dispute between the parties is referred for
determination to the Lok Adalat. The parties have compromised /
settled the dispute as per Appendix I.
1. Summary Suit. 722 of 2018, Billion Plastic Pvt. Ltd. vs
M/s. Dhabhai International 2.Bhawar Dhabhai, is
disposed off in terms of terms (Exh.09).
2. Pending Notice of Motion / applications, if any, shall
stand disposed off.
3. Parties shall bear their own costs.
Court fees, be refunded, if any, to the plaintiffs, as per rules.
