withdrawing the present suit. Therefore, permission granted
to withdrawal simplicitor of present suit. The matter stands
disposed off. In view of the withdrawal of suit Notice of
Motion No. 3942 of 2016 stands disposed off. Earlier order
passed, if any, stands vacated.
