Read the report of mediation at Exh.5 alongwith the consent terms attached thereto. Parties have settled their disputes through mediation. They have signed the consent terms and requested for decree as per the consent terms. The consent terms are readover and explained to the parties. They voluntarily admit and accept the terms of consent terms and undertaking made therein. Hence, consent terms are required to be read and recorded. Hence, I pass the following order. ORDER 1. Consent terms Exh.6 are read and recorded. Undertakings made therein are accepted. 2. I proceed to pass order below Exh.1. ORDER BELOW EXH.1 Read the consent terms at Exh.6 and today’s order passed thereon. The plaintiff and defendant have settled their disputes by said consent terms. They have prayed for decree in terms of consent terms. Suit is required to be decreed in terms of consent terms, hence, I pass the following order. ORDER 1. Suit is decreed in terms of consent terms, Exh.6. 2. The plaintiff is entitled for refund of Court fees as per rules. ORDER IN NM NO.3889/18 Read the consent terms, Exh.6 and order passed thereon. Read the order passed below Exh.1. Parties have settled their dispute by consent terms Exh.6. In view of order below Exh.1, suit is decreed in terms of consent terms.
