Adv. Thorat submitted registered NM 2033 of 2018.  He submits to disposed off this notice of motion as the same being take out for limited relief.  Considering the same Nm No. 2033 of 2018 is disposed off.
Adv. Thorat further submits that the designated officer has passed order on 05.06.2018 and served its copy to plaintiff on 06.06.2018 at 1.00 p.m. He further prayed for extending the protection, as the plaintiff wants to amend the plaint and take out the fresh Nm in respect of the aforesaid order dated 05.06.2018.
On the other hand Ld. Advocated for defendant  submits that the plaintiff has not obeyed the order dated 30.05.2018 and continued with the work at the suit premises.  Thus she prays that no protection should be extended.  In reply the Ld. Advocate for plaintiff submits that in view of passing the order by the defendant  the plaintiff may be protected till monday.
Considering the submission, and in the interest of justice the protection granted earlier till 08.06.2018. With further direction that the plaintiff should not carry out any construction / repairing activity at the suit premises till 08.06.2018
