ORDER
1. The appeal is partly allowed.
2. Eviction order dated 16th April, 2018 passed by the Estate Officer is hereby confirmed.
3. The order regarding damages passed by the Estate Officer is modified as under
The appellant is liable to pay to damages of Rs.66,320/- per month from 1st March, 2017 till the date of taking over possession by the respondent no.1 along with interest 8 per annum.
4. The application at Exhibit-4 stands rejected.
5. Record and Proceeding be sent back to The Estate officer.
