Adv. Abhiraj Parab for plaintiff submitted that the plaintiff does not want to continue the suit proceeding due to compromise between the parties. He further submitted that the defendants prepared a bank draft for payment of settlment amount of Rs. 3,23,410/- as mentioned in para 3 of Exh. 3. Constituted Attorney of plaintiff namely Naresh Kotian has admitted his signature on the application and expressed desire of withdrawing the suit. Considering contents in Exh.3 and submission of Ld. Adv. Abhiraj Parab, I passed the following order -

1. Application Exh.3 is allowed.
