seeking condonation of delay of 35 days in submitting WS. Plaintiff
submitted reply affidavit & opposed notice of motion.
2) Heard Advocate of defendant No.2 & plaintiff in person.

3) During the course of oral arguments plaintiff submitted
that she has no objection to take on the record WS of defendant No.2,
however she is having her objections to some adverse allegations
leveled against her.
4) Considering peculiar facts and circumstances, I proceed
to pass following order in the interest of justice:-

1) Notice of Motion No.2387/19 stands allowed subject
to cost Rs.500/- payable to legal aid for said delay.
2) After above compliance WS be exhibited.
