Heard the Advocate for plaintiff, he prayed for allowing the Chamber Summons to change the name of plaintiff bank. It is contention that the plaintiff Syndicate Bank is merged in to Canara Bank. As per the direction central government who issued notification in this regard on 04-03-2020 he annexed the copy of notification along with the Chamber Summons and prayed for permission to delete the plaintiff name as Syndicate bank and to mention as Canara Bank as per schedule. The amendment sought it will not prejudice to defendant hence no notice is necessary before passing order. Consequently I proceed following order.
