F.R.S.R. the following order is passed on NM No.1916/18 - ORDER 1. The plaintiff is directed to remain present before the Designated officer (defendant no.2) either on 26.06.2018 or 27.06.2018 and would make a demand of requisite documents. Documents would be supplied to the plaintiff within period of two days. 2. Plaintiff shall appear before the Designated officer (defendant no.2) within a week (as on the date fixed by defendant no.2) for further hearing and thereafter the Designated officer shall pass an order after affording an opportunity of hearing to the plaintiff. 3. Till then and thereafter two weeks in case of adverse order if any, the defendant shall not take coercive action in respect of the suit structure. 4. Notice of Motion No. 1916/18 is disposed off in terms of above directions. Both the parties are directed to follow above schedule scrupulously. By the order in the NM Designated Officer is directed to pass a fresh order therefore, cause of action in the present suit does not remain. Hence, Suit and Chamber summons No.877/18 are disposed of.
