ORDER ON DRAFT CHAMBER SUMMONS
The Plaintiff seeks to amend the plaint to bring the
subsequent fact of passing of order by the Corporation on
record. The corporation has no objection to permit the
Plaintiff to carry out the amendment. The passing of the
order pursuant of notice u/S.354 A of MMC act, being a
subsequent fact, the draft chamber summons is allowed
and the Plaintiff is allowed carry out the amendment and
to submit the amended plaint by the 2nd July. Ld.Adv.
seeks extension of the earlier order. The Ld. Adv.for the
corporation objects the extension of the earlier order as
the documents produced by the Plaintiff were considered
and order was passed. Considering the subsequent
development of passing of order and in the interest of
justice, earlier order if any to continue till the next date.
