2. The plaintiff by this Chamber Summons seeks to bring subsequent
evidence on record. It is stated that the defendant on 26.12.2018 had
removed the lock of godown No. 1 and had removed the loft. The
plaintiff seeks to bring the subsequent facts on record. The subsequent
facts would not change the nature of the suit. In order to avoid
multiplicity of the proceedings, the amendment needs to be allowed.
In the result, following order is passed.
