through the contents of Consent Terms Exh. 4 and have
signed it after understanding the contents thereof. They
submit that they are accepting the terms of Consent Terms
Exh.4. Advocate for Plaintiff and defendants submit that the
suit may simply be disposed of without ordering drawing up
of decree. Hence the order - ORDER 1. In view of the
settlement arrived at by the parties, the suit is disposed of
with no order as to costs. 2. Pending Notice of Motion and
Chamber Summons, if any, be disposed of. 3. Bill of Costs
be prepared accordingly.
