Perused roznama. Both parties are absent. plaintiff had taken out Summons for judgment No.256/19 on 04.11.2019. Defendant filed reply to Summons for judgment on 20.11.2019 and matter was adjourned for hearing on 13.12.2019. The matter is pending for hearing on Summons for judgment since 13.12.2019 till today. The plaintiff was given ample opportunity to file original documents and hearing Summons for judgment. As plaintiff failed to file original documents, matter was adjourned to dismissal order on 15.06.2024. On that day, plaintiff filed an application for removal of caption dismissal with submission that he will file original documents on next date.
