ORDER
(i). Chamber Summons No. 1146/2019 is made absolute in
terms of prayer Clause (a) and (b) only, subject to payment
of costs of Rs. 5,000/- (Rs. Five Thousand) in favour of the D.L.S.A., Mumbai, positively till the next date.
(ii). On the payment of the costs, the plaintiff is called upon to
