Adv. D'Silva for appliant present and filed draft NM for restoration
of the review petition which was dismissed for want of prosecution
on 6.6.2018.
Heard Ld. Counsel for applicant in draft notice of motion.
The record shows that the review petition was pending for removal
of objections since October 2017. The matter was listed for removal
of objections on 3.10.2017, 15.12.2017, 13.2.2018, 22.3.2018,
25.4.2018 and 6.6.2018. Despite lapse of 8 months, the applicant
had not removed objections. On 6.6.2018 there was no appearance
on behalf of applicant. Hence this court dismissed the petition for
want of prosecution. In the affidavit filed in support of the draft
notice of motion for restoration, there is no whisper as to why the
objections were not removed for such a long time. No cause is made
out for restoration of the review petition. Hence the draft notice of
motion is dismissed. It be registered for statistical purpose.
