ORDER - The parties were referred for mediation. The report of
mediation along with the letter and pursis reveals the parties have
arrived at amicable settlement as the JD had paid the outstanding
amount out of the court. The parties and Adv. Jain for DH are
present before the court and they admit the contents of pursis and
mediation report. Thus, there is no any outstanding amount. In
view of the settlement arrived the mediation report Exh.03 is read
and recorded and pursis Exh.04 is seen and filed. Separate order is
passed below Exh.01 -

In view of the matter being settled between the parties as per the
mediation report Exh.04, I proceed to pass following order -
ORDER
1. The E.A No.391/2011 is disposed of as fully satisfied.
2. The NM No.2307/2019 is disposed of in view of the E.A being
fully satisfied.
