3 It appears that the present application is filed by the applicant
for clarification of judgment dated 31st July,2017 passed by Her Honour
Judge Ms.Ponkshe in Summary Suit No.7178 of 2004 (High Court Suit

No.2407/04).
4 Mr.Xerxes Bharucha, learned counsel for the applicants,
submitted that for clarification of judgment, Misc.Application no.11/18
needs to be transferred to C.R. no.12 as the Judge is transferred to C.R.
No.12.

5 Mr.G.K. Tripathi , learned counsel for the respondent, has no
objection to transfer the same.
6 In view of above, I pass the following order:
O R D E R
Transfer Application No.154 of 2019 is allowed.
Misc. Application no.11/18 pending in C.R. No.1 stands
transferred to C.R. No.12.
Both the courts be informed accordingly.
