	Plaintiff and his Ld Advocate are absent. Even they have not filed reply to Exhibit 5, hence, no reply order has been passed.
	Heard Ld Adv of defendant/MCGM. He urged that ad-interim relief was granted on 26.06.2019 and since then, it is continued time to time. Plaintiff is prolonging the hearing by one or other pretext in order to continued ad-interim order. The alleged structure is on the footpath and due to ad-interim order, the BMC is not able to demolish the same. Therefore, interim order may be vacated.
	I am of view that, it appears, the ad-interim order came to be passed on 26.06.2019 and it is extended time to time. It appears, plaintiff is prolonging the hearing by one or other pretext. The said practice should not be borne. Today also plaintiff and his Adv are absent for the best reason known to them. The alleged structure is appears to be on footpath. Therefore, it can not be protected for years together. Thus, the ad-interim relief passed on 26.06.2019 stands vacated.
