The applicants have filed this application to submit on record certain documents in support of Chamber Summons. The application is opposed on the ground that the documents are sought to be tendered on the date on which the order on Chamber Summons is to be passed. Application is also objected on the ground that the other applicants have not signed vakalatnama in favour of the advocate for applicant.
Though the Chamber Summons is fixed for orders, in the interest of justice the applicants can be allowed to tender the documents in support of the Chamber Summons. No prejudice will be caused to the plaintiff since the opportunity of further arguments is available to the plaintiff. Hence, the order.

F.R.S.R. following order is passed in Chamber Summons 1136/19 -
