Today the concerned officer of the MCGM has made a statement before the court that the MCGM will considered the reply and the documents filed by the plaintiff and thereafter shall pass the order. It is submitted that the plaintiff intends to file additional reply and documents. Hence plff to file additional reply and documents, if any, with the concerned authority within one week. After considering the previous reply, documents and additional reply or documents if any, the concerned authority to pass the order and communicate in writing to the plaintiff.
