18.06.2019, whereby the hutment dwellers on a land near
drain. At this juncture concerned officer Mr. Sunil Salunkhe,
JE, makes statement that individual notices will be issued to
hutment dwellers. Therefore, the defendant MCGM shall issue
notices as stated by the officer before taking any coercive
action against the huts. In view of this statement made by the
officer of defendant MCGM the suit is disposed off. Suit and
NM be registered for statistical purpose.
