1. Summary Suit No. 701/2018 is partly decreed.
2. Defendant no. 1 is directed to pay amount of Rs. 1,10,972.60/- (Rupees One Lakh Ten Thousand Nine Hundred Seventy Two Only and Sixty paise) to the plaintiff within three months from the date of decree.
