Petitioner Smt. Sakshe Bharat Basantani is appointed as Guardian of minor Bhavik Bharat Basantani, under the Guardian and Wards Act for his person and property i.e. Flat No. 403, Dhiraj Enclave 4A-B of CHS Ltd., as described in Exhibit-E colly.
The applicant is permitted to sell the share of the minor in the said property to the proposed purchase as contended in the application.
The applicant shall deposit Rs. 20 Lakhs, which is 25 percentage of the share of the minor in Nationalised Bank in the name of minor Bhavik till he attend age of majority. She shall not utilize the said amount without permission of the Court.
The applicant shall produce copy of registered sale deed within two months from the date of execution of sale in this Court.
