Plaintiff has also filed application at Exh.09 for deleting the name of Deft.
no.3(a) to 3(c) as the plaintiff do not want to proceed against these
defendants. Considering the submissions, application (Exh.09)
allowed.
Suit stands disposed of against Deft. no.3(a) to 3(c) as withdrawn
and as per the consent terms between plaintiff and Deft. no.1 and 2.
Decree be drawn up accordingly.
