The present Chamber Summons is filed by the plaintiff for substituting its authorized officer Mr.Dilip Raj Satpathy  and for bringing on record the newly appointed authorized officer namely Mr. Manoj Kumar Hemandchandbhai Parmar Ld. advocate for plaintiff submitted that, the earlier authorized officer has been transferred from the branch of plaintiff bank.
