For reason separately recorded following order is passed
ORDER
1. The defendants shall jointly and severally pay Rs.75,509.58/- (Rs.Seventy Five Thousand Five Hundred Nine and Fifty Eight Paise Only) to the plaintiff with interest at the rate of 1.25 percent per month from the date of filing of the suit till its realization.
2. Defendants do pay costs of the suit to the plaintiff.
