It is the xerox copy of POA on perusal of xerox copy it appears that all the plaintiffs have given power to Plaintiff No.4 Chetan Motha, Plaintiff No.6 Sunil Sawant and Plaintiff No.8 Pravin Jagdale, even permission of withdraw the suit. Today Power of Attorney filed application for withdrawal of suit. Both defendants have no objection to withdraw the suit. On record only xerox copy of POA is available. Today, all 3 POA plaintiffs are verified.  They admits contents of application and  their signatures on the application and stated that they wants to withdraw the suit unconditionally.
