Plaintiff is present along with his counsel. Defendant No.2 is present along with her counsel. Defendant No. 1 is absent. This matter was referred for mediation. The mediation report is at Exh-10. The matter is settled between the parties in view of consent terms filed at Exh-11. The mediation report is read and recorded. Plaintiff and defendant No.2 have admitted contents in the consent terms at Exh-11. Plaintiff has agreed to accept an amount of Rs.99,900/- towards full and final settlement in installments as mentioned in the consent terms at Exh-11. Hence, I proceed to pass following order-
