ORDER
1. The defendant do pay Rs.3,06,915.06/- (Rs. Three Lakhs Six Thousand Nine hundred Fifteen and Six Only) to the plaintiff and he shall also pay interest to the plaintiff on principal amount of Rs.2,00,000/- at the rate of 18 percent per month from the date of filing of the suit till its realization.
